Backup System
A backup is only useful if you can restore from it. We design backup around the 3-2-1 rule: three copies of your data, on two different types of storage, with one copy kept off site or in the cloud. Servers, virtual machines, shared folders and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailboxes are backed up automatically, older versions are kept for the period you choose, and immutable copies protect against ransomware that tries to encrypt or delete backups. Restores are tested regularly, so recovery works when you need it.

Servers
On-site servers still run the applications, files and databases many organizations depend on: accounting and ERP systems, school management software, file shares and domain services. We size and build rack or tower servers and NAS storage around your workload, use virtualization to run several systems securely on one host, and protect data with RAID storage, redundant power and UPS backup. Remote management lets us monitor hardware health, apply updates and fix problems without waiting for a site visit.

We set it up properly from day one: domain and email security records, user accounts and groups, shared mailboxes and drives, multi-factor authentication and security policies, then move your existing email and files across. Day-to-day changes, from new starters to leavers, are handled under your SLA.
